I want to be sure I get a reserved seat at the shows I’m planning to attend. How can I do that?
Most shows are standing room only; however, we have a small reserved seating area located on the side of the room and as inventory allows, we are happy to offer you a complimentary seat as part of your membership package, when we have enough seats to do so. To ensure you get a seat before they sell out, be sure to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a seat. The earlier you can request this, the better. We cannot promise that we will have seats remaining, but if we do, we will make every effort to include one under your name for the night of the show(s) you’re attending.
How does this keychain work?
The keychain is an exclusive, branded Orange Peel keychain that only members of the Peel Insider club will have access to! Yours will be at the box office for you to pick up (see our box office hours here) 48 hours after you join the club. Come by anytime with your ID to claim it as well as an OP swag pack. Once you have your keychain, make sure to have it with you when you attend an Orange Peel show. All you’ll have to do is flash it to the box office or front door staff, and you will be allowed to enter the venue first, and ahead of any line that may have formed! The keychains will be valid for one year and will include the annual expiration date.
How many people can I bring with me?
The club is meant to accomodate you and a guest. If you have a larger party, you can meet up with friends once the show begins, or if you have another frequent live music fan in your group, you could encourage more friends to join!
Do I have to be 21?
This club is designed for those 18+. You do not need to be 21.
I want my keychain and membership confirmation mailed. Is that possible?
Email us at email@example.com once you join and we will send you an invoice to pay for the shipping and handling ($10 mailing fee) if you require us to mail out your materials and can’t stop by to grab them at the venue.
I don’t see my question answered here – what can I do?

When exactly does my membership expire?
Your membership is valid for 1 year and expires on the last day of the month, 1 year after you purchased. Due to being temporarily shut down due to COVID-19, any membership purchased after March 1, 2020 will be activated the month we are allowed to reopen and will expire one year from that time. For example, if we’re allowed to reopen in April of 2021, your membership would expire April 30, 2022. If you purchased a membership between April 1, 2019 and March 1, 2020, your membership will be extended to accommodate the months we were closed based on our reopen date. For example, if you purchased a membership in September of 2019, you would have had only 6 months to use your membership due to the COVID shutdown, so when we reopen, your remaining months will start then.
I’m already a member but I lost or damaged my keychain. What can I do?
There is a replacement fee for both the date and logo tag portion of your keychain, so please be very careful not to lose either part! Because we have to control the number of memberships and prevent fraud, we cannot replace keychains for free, even if you lost it or it was stolen through no fault of your own – keychains are like cash. If this unfortunate situation has already happened, contact us as soon as you realize the problem, as it may take us a little time to find your order confirmation, verify your membership date, and reprint your keychain.
